Torre del Este reúne quince plantas de viviendas en un entorno arbolado de Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. Una retícula estructural perimetral ordena el volumen y define su expresión, articulando la relación entre densidad residencial y paisaje.

La profundidad de la fachada permite incorporar terrazas y espacios intermedios que prolongan las viviendas hacia el exterior. La trama genera sombra sobre los cerramientos acristalados y contribuye al control solar, integrando estructura y respuesta climática.

En cubierta, la piscina y las áreas de estancia configuran un espacio compartido con vistas sobre la ciudad. Esta extensión colectiva de la vivienda completa una organización donde la estructura aporta carácter, amplitud y continuidad entre los ámbitos domésticos y comunes.

Torre del Este brings together fifteen residential floors within the leafy setting of Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. A perimeter structural grid orders the volume and defines its expression, articulating the relationship between residential density and landscape.

The depth of the façade accommodates terraces and intermediate spaces that extend the homes outwards. The grid shades the glazing and contributes to solar control, integrating structure with the building’s response to the climate.

On the rooftop, a swimming pool and lounge areas create a shared space overlooking the surrounding city. This collective extension of domestic life completes an arrangement in which the structure brings character, spatial generosity and continuity to both private and communal living areas.
