The senior residence in Martigny takes the form of a volume with three wings, organising both the interior programme and the outdoor spaces. Its radial arrangement distinguishes circulation routes and gives each area a specific relationship with the site.

Three spaces emerge between the wings: the main entrance, access for staff and deliveries, and a southeast-facing garden that extends towards the park. This configuration separates everyday flows through the form of the building itself.

The site arrangement thus brings functional organisation together with openness to the surroundings. The volume defines the boundaries between arrival, service and garden, making its geometry the organising principle for the building and the outdoor areas that immediately surround it.
