Given the critical constraints of the building's location, the design has been optimized to minimize power consumption by facilitating natural ventilation and lighting. This approach not only reduces construction costs but also lowers operational expenses.

A large overhang provides shade and protection from heavy rains during the long rainy season, while also allowing for natural ventilation. The building's shape is designed to promote both cross and vertical ventilation, as warm air rises. Additionally, natural light is allowed to penetrate a deep floor plan through a skylight that stretches along the entire length of the building, reducing the need for artificial lighting and lessening the demand for air conditioning. The skylight is strategically positioned to face northeast to avoid direct sun exposure.

Furthermore, the structural design has been carefully studied for material optimization while maintaining an open office layout. The structure will be constructed using structural steel with bolted joints. All structural elements will be prefabricated in a workshop and then assembled on-site to ensure quality control and facilitate quick and easy installation.

Teniendo en cuenta las importantes limitaciones de la ubicación de este edificio de operaciones, el edificio se ha diseñado para permitir una reducción sustancial del suministro de energía, permitiendo la ventilación y la iluminación naturales. Esto supone no sólo una reducción del coste de construcción, sino también de los costes operativos.

Una gran cubierta proporciona sombra y protección contra las fuertes lluvias en la larga estación lluviosa. Esta cubierta ofrece protección y al mismo tiempo permite la ventilación natural. La forma del edificio permite la ventilación transversal y vertical, ya que el aire caliente se desplaza hacia arriba. Al mismo tiempo, permitimos que la luz natural entre en una planta profunda. Una claraboya está situada a lo largo del edificio para reducir la necesidad de luz eléctrica, y más aire acondicionado. La claraboya está orientada al noreste para evitar la exposición directa al sol.

Además, se ha estudiado la solución estructural para optimizar los materiales, permitiendo al mismo tiempo una planta abierta para las oficinas. La estructura está prevista en acero estructural con juntas atornilladas. Todos los elementos estructurales se prepararán en el taller y se montarán sobre el terreno para garantizar el control de calidad y un montaje rápido y sencillo.
