The building is located at a corner plot, providing excellent visibility and easy access to urban traffic. It is elevated on four concrete pillars, which creates a ground floor that is open and accessible, establishing a direct connection between the street and the building.
The workspaces are housed in an elevated block surrounded by greenery, offering a serene environment away from the noise of the street. The ground floor is designed as a flexible space without a specific function, directly engaging with the street and covered by the large slab of the upper block. This area, bordered by the four concrete supports, features a series of interconnected doors that allow for a variable boundary, adapting to different programmatic needs. This design blurs the lines between the interior and exterior spaces, as well as between public and private nature.
The horizontal structure is created using bi-directional post-tensioned slabs, which helps to minimize thickness and maintain the compactness needed to comply with local height regulations.
