La sede de Puma Energy en Paraguay ocupa una parcela en esquina y eleva los espacios de trabajo sobre cuatro pilares de hormigón. Esta disposición libera la planta baja y sitúa las oficinas entre las copas de los árboles, distanciadas de la actividad de la calle.
Bajo el volumen elevado, un espacio flexible establece la relación con el entorno urbano. Un sistema de puertas articuladas permite modificar sus límites y adaptar su apertura a distintos usos, graduando las relaciones entre interior y exterior, público y privado.
Las losas postensadas bidireccionales reducen el canto de la estructura y permiten ajustar el edificio a la altura normativa, vinculando la solución técnica con la compacidad del conjunto.
Puma Energy’s headquarters in Paraguay occupies a corner plot, raising its workspaces on four concrete columns. This arrangement frees the ground floor and places the offices among the tree canopies, removed from the activity of the street below.
Beneath the elevated volume, a flexible space establishes a direct relationship with the urban surroundings. A system of interconnected doors allows its boundaries to shift and its openness to respond to different changing uses, mediating between indoors and outdoors, public and private.
Two-way post-tensioned slabs minimise structural depth and allow the building to comply with local maximum height limits, linking the technical solution to the compactness of the overall volume and the organisation of its spaces.
