Given the important constraints of the location for this operations building, the design has been optimized to significantly reduce power supply needs by enhancing natural ventilation and lighting. The objective is to lower both construction and operational costs.

A large roof provides shade and protection from heavy rains during the long rainy season while facilitating natural ventilation. A skylight runs the length of the building, allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the floor plan, which decreases reliance on electrical lighting. The structural design is focused on optimizing concrete materials while maintaining an open layout suitable for office use.

Dadas las importantes limitaciones de la ubicación de este edificio operativo, el diseño se ha optimizado para reducir significativamente las necesidades de suministro eléctrico mediante la mejora de la ventilación y la iluminación naturales. El objetivo es reducir tanto los costes de construcción como los de funcionamiento.

Una gran cubierta proporciona sombra y protección contra las fuertes lluvias durante la larga temporada lluviosa, al tiempo que facilita la ventilación natural. Una claraboya recorre toda la longitud del edificio, permitiendo que la luz natural penetre profundamente en la planta, lo que reduce la dependencia de la iluminación eléctrica. El diseño estructural se centra en optimizar los materiales de hormigón, manteniendo al mismo tiempo una distribución abierta adecuada para el uso como oficinas.
